Plans and Dream Coins

Looking through profiles does not have the same requirements as sending a reply or making a video. The account notice and selected tool show which conditions apply.
Plans and pricing
The amount due today, the renewal schedule and your coin deposit are different parts of a plan. Check all three on the selection you intend to purchase.
Dream Coins
Dream Coins are our account currency for eligible actions. Check the selection's total alongside your balance, because models and output settings can use different amounts.
Promo and referral codes
Before using an offer, establish whether it changes the price, credits a reward or grants a purchased product. Those outcomes follow different conditions.
Cancel a subscription
Complete the subscription flow and check its final confirmation. Logging out, uninstalling a shortcut or clearing browser storage does not prevent a renewal payment.
Refund requests
A refund request concerns a particular purchase. Tell us what was bought, what happened and which outcome you are asking for; approval depends on the applicable conditions.
Payments and purchase codes
Read the checkout notice before retrying. A decline, a pending bank entry and a completed order with missing access do not describe the same problem.
Characters and conversations
Character styles
Choose a character by the conversation you would like to have. The image gives a style; the introduction supplies a relationship, situation and way into the story.
Create a character
A useful character definition explains what someone wants and how they react. Keep the appearance, personality and opening situation connected without making them do the same job.
Chat and model settings
A message can move the scene forward without explaining the whole story. Answer the greeting, supply a relevant detail and tell the character what you want to know next.
Prompts and scene context
An effective prompt supplies the situation and a manageable response. You can add background gradually instead of making the first message carry every detail.
Group chats
A group scene needs a shared situation, but not every character needs to answer every turn. Tell one participant what you want to hear next.
Feed and community packs
A community pack contains existing media associated with a character. Its unlock is not a new generation, and it does not open every collection across the service.
Chat languages
Tell the character your preferred reply language. A menu language, an existing message and a supported audio voice do not change as one universal setting.
Memory and pinned details
A long transcript is not always the most useful note. Separate lasting character or story facts from instructions about how to write the next response.
Images, video and voice
Image generation
One adult subject, a setting and a clear composition give an image request a practical starting point. Add detail that belongs in that frame, then review the tool's selection.
Video generation
Before generating, picture the first frame and the movement that follows it. A clear action is easier to revise than several events compressed into a few seconds.
Voice and calls
Reading a reply aloud and taking part in a voice exchange are different audio actions. Look at the character's available controls, selected voice and quoted charge first.
Account and access
iPhone and Android
You do not need a separate native download to use OurDream on a phone. A supported shortcut opens the web experience with the same account requirements.
Login and verification
Use the address and method that created the account. A different login can open a different account without the subscription, balance or conversations you expect.
Troubleshooting
Did the page fail to load, did one message stall, or did a paid benefit not appear? Those cases call for different checks, even when they happen on the same device.
Delete an account
Account deletion is permanent. It is a different choice from ending renewal or clearing a browser, so save what you need before starting the confirmation flow.

Privacy and account safety
Private dialogue, public profiles and generated media do not all have the same audience. Review the content type and character state before deciding what to share.
Age and content rules
Users must be at least 18. Age eligibility does not remove consent, likeness or prohibited-content requirements for characters, messages and media.
Choosing a platform
A service can suit text conversation differently from frequent image or video creation. Begin with a task and compare its result, controls and recurring cost.
OurDream and Candy AI
Both services offer fictional AI characters and media features. To compare them, inspect a specific action rather than treating a broad feature label as identical access.
Service terms
Dream Studio USA, Inc. operates our service. The terms presented when you register or purchase identify the agreement for that account and transaction.
Personal data and cookies
Account records, browser preferences and what other users can see are separate. Clearing one does not automatically remove the others or end subscription billing.
Affiliate program
Affiliate arrangements refer customers through a partner account. They are separate from subscriber referrals, plan bonuses and Dream Coin spending.
