Read the charge for the audio action
Narration plays a generated response; an available call uses an ongoing audio interaction. The coin guide lists selected narration voices at no charge and premium narration at 5 coins per paragraph. Calls are listed at 50 coins per minute.
Use those examples to understand the distinction, not to assume every character has every voice. Inspect access, voice and allowance on the control you choose. Audio costs are separate from the text conversation.
If playback is silent
- Inspect the device volume and browser-tab mute setting.
- Check whether output has moved to headphones or Bluetooth.
- Try a different available audio response.
- Confirm a stable connection before reloading once.
Use headphones when you want playback kept from nearby listeners. A natural voice remains part of an AI character, not a person privately answering the call.
If a call cannot hear your microphone
Inspect the browser's permission for the site and the operating system's microphone settings. Then check the selected input and any headset mute switch. Permission in one place does not override a mute or block in another.
Do not use another person's recording for impersonation. If the problem persists, provide the browser, device, selected feature and notice to support. Text-language preferences do not prove that every audio voice supports the same language.
