Cancel renewal in the account holding the plan

Complete the subscription flow and check its final confirmation. Logging out, uninstalling a shortcut or clearing browser storage does not prevent a renewal payment.

Updated

Follow the confirmation all the way through

  1. Use the sign-in linked to the paid membership.
  2. Open Profile and its subscription details.
  3. Choose Cancel subscription.
  4. Complete the remaining prompts.
  5. Check the end date and retain the confirmation.

If the membership is missing, compare the current email with the receipt. Contact support when the correct account still lacks the relevant control.

Use the remaining paid period deliberately

Access normally continues to the end of the current term. Read the displayed date and download your own permitted results while you have access. Media and pack contents may blur once the subscription expires.

Check your balance without assuming that a later new subscription will restore unused coins. Our pack explanation distinguishes collection unlocks from active membership.

Handle a past charge through a separate request

Cancellation addresses future renewal, not automatic repayment of an earlier charge. For that, use purchase review and identify the transaction concerned.

Keep access while a billing issue is being investigated. Account deletion is permanent and removes associated content; it is not merely another name for stopping the next payment.

Questions and answers

How do I stop my OurDream AI renewal?

Open the subscribed account's Profile, choose Cancel subscription and finish all confirmations. Record the end date and keep the completed cancellation notice.

Can I still use the paid plan after cancelling?

Access normally lasts until the current paid period ends. Use the date shown in the account and save permitted results before expiry.

Is a refund included when I cancel?

No. Cancellation stops future renewal once completed. Reviewing or reversing a previous purchase is a separate process with its own conditions.
