Name the type of offer first
- A discount changes a qualifying payment.
- A referral rewards an eligible account action.
- A plan bonus belongs to that subscription's introductory allowance.
- A purchased key grants its named product through redemption.
A code's appearance on another page does not establish that it applies now. Check the eligible account status, tier, period and required purchase. G2A purchase keys are not promotional discounts.
Inspect the selection before paying
- Use the intended signed-in account.
- Open the referral or offer and read its notice.
- Choose the qualifying plan in Upgrade.
- Confirm the expected benefit is shown.
- Check payment and renewal conditions before completion.
Do not treat a new-subscriber offer as automatically valid for a current membership. Count only bonuses that the selected offer explicitly combines.
Check a rejection or delayed reward
Review spelling, previous redemption, the current account and plan eligibility. If a benefit is absent at checkout, ask about the discrepancy before purchasing on the assumption it will be added later.
For a completed qualifying action, keep the offer, action time and reference with a support request. A monthly subscription deposit is a different balance event. Never post login details, full payment credentials or an unused purchased key publicly.
