When an email does not arrive
Check the exact address, including its domain, then inspect spam, junk and other filtered folders. Allow for delivery before requesting several replacement links. Use the relevant latest message, not a link superseded by a later request.
If you registered with a provider button, use that method again. An email/password attempt may not reach the same account. Keep verification links and codes private.
When sign-in works but paid access is missing
Match the signed-in account to the receipt. If the purchase completed on that account, check processing and subscription sync in Profile before placing another order.
Use transaction checks for a pending payment, decline or key redemption. A successful login by itself does not establish that a purchase completed or was credited to this particular account.
Use the designated verification route
Complete required account or age checks through the service's provided flow. Do not upload identity records to a character chat or a third-party page offering a verification shortcut.
If access remains blocked, contact [email protected] from the relevant address. Describe the original sign-in method, time and exact notice without sending passwords, codes or a working login link.
