Check the character, contents and charge
Read the selected pack's scope and preview. The cost guide lists character-pack examples at 250, 750 or 1,000 coins depending on collection size. Inspect the actual selection rather than treating those examples as a universal price.
Pack access requires an active subscription under our guidance. A collection unlock and membership are separate conditions; neither should be confused with an allowance to generate new pictures or video.
Understand why public media can join a pack
Results generated with a public character can be added to its community pack without identifying the user who generated them. This does not expose that user's private conversation to the character's creator.
Our privacy summary keeps private and unlisted character media out of public-character packs. Review visibility conditions before generation, especially when you want the result excluded from a public collection.
Check continued access and report concerns
Media may blur after subscription expiry, and profiles or collections can change. Download your own permitted results while you have access. An unlock does not guarantee a profile remains public indefinitely.
Use an item's report control for a content concern without copying prohibited material elsewhere. For a paid unlock missing from your account, send the selection and action time to support.
