Choose whether you want to remove or retain the account
For the next payment alone, use subscription cancellation. For an unresolved charge, keep the account available for support's review.
Deletion removes account generations, unpublished characters, conversation history and unused coins. Save your own accessible definitions and allowed results first. A later registration does not bring the deleted material back.
Use the account-management control
- Sign in and open Profile.
- Locate account management or the Danger Zone in settings.
- Select the deletion option.
- Read the consequences and complete each confirmation.
- Retain any completion notice.
Typing a deletion request into a character conversation does not carry this out. For a locked account, use access recovery or the linked email support route.
Check completion and any data request
Our guidance states that completing deletion also cancels an active subscription. Check the completion and billing state, particularly if renewal is near. An unfinished request should not be treated as a confirmed cancellation.
Deletion does not approve a payment refund. Some records may be retained under policy and legal requirements. Use the privacy channel for a specific export, access or retention question.
